Professional counselling online. Expensive but less so than regular therapy. I particularly appreciate the webinars on different subjects, such as trauma and self esteem.
Mind
Really helpful and practical advice, such as how to cope in the workplace, having access to the right information is vital. The site also includes helpful advice on giving support.
Rethink
Similar to Mind, Rethink has a vast wealth of practical advice on living with mental illness. both websites offer great community support and can help put you in touch with the right people.

B-eat: Beating Eating Disorders
A huge community of people ready to help. It’s charity run and now sponsored by the Amy Wine house foundation. Their helpline saved me from going off the edge. There provide also some really good resources for coping with Christmas.
NHS overcoming eating disorders
The NHS have a wealth of information though sifting through the sheer volume can sometimes be a little daunting. It was my doctor who put me onto the my local eating disorder clinic, but if yours is being less than helpful I recommend you check here.
Eating Disorder Support
Basically a goldmine of helpful resources, nicely set out and easy to navigate. Support is provided via a confidential phone helpline, email support, or online self-help group meetings.
